Toni explains how she became CEO as well as her role in the company but goes on to explain how Goodwill is much more than a company that sells used goods and that its main purpose is to help employ and provide services to select people such as those with disabilities. Toni also describes herself as steady and creative and explains that these two different characteristics have allowed her to be successful in her multiple different careers.
